ALL ORDERS TO THE EU MAY INCUR IMPORT TAX, VAT AND HANDLING FEES FROM THE SHIPPING AGENT.

DARKCIRCLE IS NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES WHICH ARE INCURRED. 

IF YOU DECLINE TO PAY THE CUSTOMS AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED BACK TO DARKCIRCLE AND WE ARE CHARGED THE IMPORT TAXES, THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

ALONGSIDE THIS IF THE PARCEL IS LOST AFTER YOU REJECT THE IMPORT TAX; WE WILL UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND.
