IF YOU DECLINE TO PAY THE CUSTOMS AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED BACK TO DARKCIRCLE AND WE ARE CHARGED THE IMPORT TAXES, THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
